Our warehouse unit is hosted by a self-storage company. They are not part of ShippingCentre and cannot help with parcels, accounts or any other queries. Please do not call, email or visit them.

Please do not send any further orders to our warehouse and do not use your previous ShippingCentre address at checkout. Parcel pre-registration has been switched off.
Parcels we already have will still be processed
Parcels received at our warehouse up to 2 October 2026 will still be processed and forwarded as normal. Log in to your account to complete customs details and book shipping for them.
